Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Physical Products (Decks & Bundles)

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused decks (whether purchased individually or in a bundle) within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@liverichspreadwealth.com with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Membership & Digital Access

  • The 30-day membership access included in the Founder’s Bundle is a digital service and is non-refundable once activated.

  • If you experience any issues with access, please contact us and we’ll make sure you’re fully supported.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@liverichspreadwealth.com, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original unopened product (per the policy above) and place a new order.
